TransferMate Global Payments signs Strategic Partnership with Mazars

In order to build a market presence in Australia, TransferMate Global Payments has signed a strategic partnership with multi-national accounting firm, Mazars.

The partnership is key to how TransferMate will advance in the market through Mazars offering its clients use of the TransferMate platform to send and receive international payments.

Andrew Porter Chief Revenue Officer for TransferMate in Australia and New Zealand, said “Partnerships with groups like Mazars and MYOB allow TransferMate to develop our market presence quickly in Australia and overseas, as we are embedding our proven transfer payments platform to create seamless transactions for their thousands of clients.

“TransferMate is now providing Mazars’ customers in Australia with a one-stop international payment solution at preferential foreign exchange rates with no transfer fees”, he added.

TransferMate has built and controls an end-to-end global payments network enabling cheaper, faster and easier cross-border payments, completely bypassing the traditional correspondent banking network.

TransferMate currently has more than 10,000 corporate clients in over 145 countries in 117 currencies, with a growing number of end-users using its platform for international payables and receivables, processing over $10 billion in transfers to date.

The Irish based group recently announced a €30 million minority investment from its strategic investment partner Allied Irish Banks PLC, to accelerate its expansion across the world, including Australasia.
